Happy Birthday in Heaven Linda!

It’s impossible to explain the love and bond of a sister (and brother, but that is for another day). Today is about my sister Linda because it's her heavenly birthday.

Do you have a sister? If you do, then you know all about the bond. My sister and I were a part of each other - physically, emotionally and spiritually. We shared our own language and a life together that is unlike any other relationship we will ever have. My beautiful sister is one of the blessings for which I’m always beyond grateful.

She had this thick, gorgeous blond hair and beautiful blue eyes. Her smile would radiate like sunshine. She was only five foot four, but it always surprised me when we talked about that. To me, she seemed so much taller. She never met a stray that she didn't take home with her or want to adopt. That included animals and people. She loved with her whole being.

Linda was my older sister. She was my best friend. She was always my protector. She was fierce and loving. She was perfectly imperfect.
